I have read and understood terms and conditions and consent to the following:
1. I acknowledge that this Shashwat Seva booking is made by myself, at svrm website.
2. Myself and / or Sevadar in whose name the seva is offered will try and visit Mandir on seva day to offer prayers and collect Prasadam.
3. I accept that in case of our inability to visit Mandir on Seva date, the Mandir would arrange to despatch Gandha Prasadam by post at given address on a best efforts basis.
4. I acknowledge that this shashwat seva amount will be towards corpus of Shree Kashi Math Samsthan, Varanasi and Sevadar becomes eligible to receive prasad only after a year from date of Seva Booking.
5. I understand that this Shaswat Seva is Subjected to final confirmation after receipt of my online payment.
